A Running Warehouse Europe, il nostro scopo è di dare la migliore esperienza di acquisto online a tutti gli appassionati di corsa. Nella nostra filosofia, i clienti sono al centro e cerchiamo di consigliarli come se fossero nostri amici. I clienti alla ricerca dell’ultima novità tra i prodotti da running saranno aiutati dai nostri esperti al fine di raggiungere i massimi livelli di performance. Selezioniamo attentamente ogni prodotto per fare in modo di offrire solo quelli che andranno a beneficio di atleti, corridori agonistici e persone che condividono la passione per il running.
Ciò significa che, da dipendente, farai parte di una squadra che aiuta a rendere felici i tennisti ed i corridori di tutto il mondo. Per fare questo abbiamo sedi in tre continenti. Negli Stati Uniti, abbiamo due sedi, a San Luis Obispo, California, e Alpharetta, Georgia. In Australia abbiamo sedi a Melbourne e Perth ed in Europa ci troverete a Schutterwald, in Germania. Ci troviamo in un angolo soleggiato nel sud-ovest della Germania e ai piedi della bellissima Foresta Nera tedesca. Le vivaci città di Offenburg, Friburgo e Strasburgo (Francia) sono facilmente raggiungibili.
Da Schutterwald serviamo tutta l'Europa ed anche paesi al di fuori dell'Unione Europea. Lavoriamo quindi in cinque lingue: Inglese, tedesco, francese, italiano e spagnolo. Spesso abbiamo opportunità per nuovi dipendenti che parlano almeno una di queste cinque lingue. Per la maggior parte delle posizioni, la conoscenza della lingua tedesca non è necessaria.
Con circa 100 dipendenti provenienti da 5 diversi continenti, possiamo dire di conoscerci tutti, mantenendo comunque lo spirito internazionale delle aziende più grandi.

Our Category Management team are the strategists behind our product selection. They analyze trends, plan assortments, and partner with top brands to make sure every season hits the mark. From forecasting and pricing to promotions and sell-through strategies, they bring the perfect mix of analytical thinking and market instinct.Jr Category Manager Running (m/f/d)
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Together with the Category Manager, select and purchase products best suited for the European running market
- Report directly to and support the Category Manager with daily tasks (sweeps and website maintenance)
- Manage fill-ins and reorders as needed to ensure product availability
- Create new products in our internal system, confirming pricing, sizes, and styles
- Adjust pricing on a daily basis based on market competition
- Communicate with vendors to review delivery dates and product availability
- Participate in vendor product meetings to review future collections and build and maintain positive vendor relationships
- Communicate with Customer Service to answer customer inquiries, including information on availability, future products or collections, and new brands
- Collaborate with the marketing teams of our brand partners by requesting assets and creating projects in Asana to present products on our websites in a compelling manner
- Work with the internal content team by providing guidelines on product launches and priorities, and support the transfer of content from the US web editing team
Your skills and work experience:
- University degree
- Experience in the running or sports industry in Europe
- Fluent in English
- Good analytical and organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills and capable to work effectively in a team
- Strong computer skills

In Kooperation mit der DHBW Heilbronn bieten wir zum 01.10.2026 ein Duales Studium im Studiengang
BWL Dienstleistungsmanagement - Schwerpunkt Sportmanagement
In drei Jahren, mit 6 Theorie- und Praxisphasen, erlangst du den Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.

- Du möchtest studieren, doch reine Theorie ist dir zu langweilig?
- Du willst das Gelernte so schnell wie möglich in die Praxis umsetzen?

Du tourst durch alle Abteilungen und lernst das Unternehmen und unsere Prozesse von Anfang bis Ende zu begleiten. Warehouse Department
The warehouse crew is always moving at Tennis Warehouse. From stocking product to retrieving and packing it, this team ensures that every package that leaves our building is accurate and timely so our customers come to trust that their purchase arrives as expected with every order.
Warehouse Helper (m/f/d) - limited 2-6 months
We are looking for temporary helpers (m/f/d) for our warehouse in the Pick & Pack department for:- either 6 months from April to October, 40 hours per week
- or a summer job: 2 to 3 months, 40 hours per week
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Picking product accurately for order fulfillment
- Packing orders to be shipped to customers
- Using pick lists to pull product from shelf
- Pick and pack in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace by keeping shelves, pallet areas and workstations neat
Your skills and work experience:
- You enjoy working in an international environment
- English or German language skills
- Communicate effectively with managers and co-workers
- Perform multiple tasks, accurately, in a fast-paced social environment
- Basic computer skills and general software comprehension
