Quiénes somos
Sports Warehouse GmbH se hace presente en Europa a través de sus filiales Tennis Warehouse Europe, Running Warehouse Europe y Total Padel, situadas en Schutterwald, Alemania, con la misión de ofrecer la mejor selección de productos a los fanáticos del deporte y contribuir a su máximo rendimiento.
Nuestro propósito en Running Warehouse Europe es aconsejar y facilitar el proceso de compra a los entusiastas del running como nosotros. Sabemos que los clientes desean rendir al máximo, por eso nos preocupamos de estar a la última en cuanto a tecnologías. Seleccionamos con dedicación los productos que vendemos y solo ofrecemos artículos que resultan de utilidad a atletas, corredores competitivos y a todos aquellos que compartan nuestra pasión por el running.
Esto significa que, como empleado, formas parte de un equipo cuya misión consiste en satisfacer a tenistas y corredores de todo el mundo. Para ello, contamos con sedes en tres continentes. En América, estamos presentes en Estados Unidos: San Luis Obispo (California) y Alpharetta (Georgia). En Oceanía, puedes encontrarnos en Australia, en las localidades de Melbourne y Perth. Y por último, en Europa estamos en Schutterwald, Alemania, donde contamos con alrededor de 100 empleados de todas partes del mundo y el ambiente y espíritu internacional de organizaciones mucho más grandes.
Desde Schutterwald vendemos a toda Europa, pero también realizamos envíos a otros países de fuera de la Unión Europea. Es por eso que trabajamos en cinco idiomas diferentes: inglés, alemán, francés, italiano y español. A menudo tenemos ofertas de empleo para personas que hablen al menos uno de estos idiomas. No te preocupes, para la mayoría de los puestos, no es necesario que hables alemán.
Contamos con alrededor de 100 empleados de diferentes perfiles y procedentes de todas partes del mundo. Gozamos del ambiente y espíritu internacional de organizaciones mucho más grandes, aunque nos alegra decir que no hemos perdido la familiaridad.
Desde servicio de atención al cliente y editor de contenido de la página web, a operario de almacén, pasando por imagen y diseño, existen muchos departamentos en Sports Warehouse que demandan una gran variedad de perfiles.

Our Category Management team are the strategists behind our product selection. They analyze trends, plan assortments, and partner with top brands to make sure every season hits the mark. From forecasting and pricing to promotions and sell-through strategies, they bring the perfect mix of analytical thinking and market instinct.Junior Category Manager - Tennis Hardgoods (m/f/d)
Main job responsibilities:- Support and report directly to the Category Manager Tennis Hardgoods
- Select and purchase the products best suited for the European Tennis market
- Order products as needed to ensure product availability
- Create new products in Sales Maker, confirm information about prices, sizes, styles
- Price matching: Create competitor price overviews to prepare price adjustments required by market developments
- Communicate with vendors to review delivery dates and availability
- Participate in vendor product meetings to review future collections and to achieve and maintain positive relations with vendors
- Communicate with our Customer Service team to answer any customer's questions, including information on future products or collections, and new brands
- Work with our Marketing and Imaging team on implementation of promotional activities and to help presenting products on our websites in a compelling manner
- Regular system sweeps and system maintenance
Your skills and work experience:
- University degree
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of tennis products and/or good tennis skills are a plus
- Good analytical and organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Detail-oriented work attitude
- Good communication skills and capable to work effectively in a team
- Strong computer skills
Please note that this position is not suitable for remote working and can only be conducted from our office in Schutterwald.

Nuestra meta es proporcionar un servicio sin igual a nuestros clientes. Con este objetivo en mente, nuestro equipo de atención al cliente se dedica a facilitar el proceso de compra de nuestros clientes, resolver dudas que puedan surgir durante el proceso o resolver incidencias vía telefónica, correo electrónico o chat en directo. Atendemos y revisamos todos los pedidos para asegurarnos de que los productos llegan en tiempo y forma.Retail Shop Employee (m/f/d)
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Independent customer service on site in our Tennis and Running Shops
- Advising our customers on the product range and product selection and sale of our products
- Support with and handling of complaints
- Your tasks also include the stringing of tennis rackets
- Responsible for cash management
Your skills and work experience:
- You work passionately as a customer advisor to achieve high customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Readiness for a working week from Tuesday to Saturday, according to the store opening hours
- Your German language skills are business fluent, and you also have good English skills
- Working on PC and time management are easy for you
- You are a good listener and have good communication skills
- You work independently, solution and service oriented
- You keep a cool head in hectic times
- Knowledge about Tennis and/or Running is a plus

In drei Jahren, mit 6 Theorie- und Praxisphasen, erlangst du den Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
