Squeezy Liquid Energy is based on the same formula as the Energy Gels but does not require additional water intake. The liquid energy gel solution is easy to consume even under maximum exertion during training and competition, and it is simple to use.

Like the Energy Gels, Squeezy Liquid Energy features a particularly low concentration of dissolved particles (low osmolarity) and delivers multi-stage energy release for reliable energy supply through a high-quality carbohydrate mix.

With its higher water content, Liquid Energy provides slightly less energy than the pure Energy Gel. Recommended intake: 3 gels per hour, while professional athletes may consume up to 4 gel packs per hour. Of course, it can easily be combined with Energy Gels.

Ideal for: endurance sports with continuous effort lasting 45 minutes or more.
