In the midsole, a brand new, full-length Wave Plate and elevated stacks of MIZUNO ENERZY NXT nitrogen-infused EVA foam strike a just-right balance of firmness and softness for maximum comfort. Mizuno has reduced the heel-to-toe drop from 10mm to 8mm with the intent of smoothing out each transition and toe-off.
An X10 outsole provides durability and traction for cruising through the miles, while an engineered knit upper wraps you in a soft, breathable material for a blissful on-foot experience.
