The biggest innovation is the redesigned cushioning system: with around 16% more PWRRUN foam than its predecessor and the reactive PWRRUN+ insole, every step offers noticeably more softness and energy. This means you can enjoy extra comfort on long runs without losing the direct, responsive feel that trail runners appreciate.
Another highlight is the Vibram Megagrip outsole, which provides excellent grip on wet rocks, muddy trails, or loose gravel. At the same time, the Peregrine 16 GTX runs smoothly on firm trails and even on short road sections. Aggressive when you need it – versatile when you need it.
The upper has also been greatly improved: it is up to 400% more abrasion-resistant and 90% more tear-resistant, perfect for demanding, rocky terrain.
