The Nike Commuter Backpack 15 L is an excellent running backpack, perfect for commuting to and from work. It has space for both a computer and a change of clothes, or for inserting a hydration bladder.

The main compartment has a volume of 15 L and there is a smaller compartment for storing loose items. There are also straps on the outside for attaching items such as a change of shoes.
