IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL UK ORDERS:
For all orders below 135 £, VAT will be added to the invoice in the checkout process.
Orders above 135 £ are VAT free. VAT will be charge in the UK. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties and fees.
We offer free shipping according to the purchase total and the shipping country. The minimum free shipping requirements are shown in the table below.

Currently Tennis Warehouse Europe works with FedEx, UPS and Deutsche Post/DHL for the various destinations.
* Oversized items sare excluded from free shipping and from Express delivery.
** The UPS Express shipping costs are calculated for an average 2 kg package. Depending on order size, the costs may vary.
The products will be shipped tax free as far as all deliveries outside of the European Union are concerned. International customers need to be aware that additional charges may occur, such as duties, taxes and administration fees for the import process to certain destinations.

Delivery
Running Warehouse will inform the customer via email, when order is shipped. In exceptions (especially if the products are out of stock or if bulk goods are being ordered) there can be a difference of up to 15 business days between receipt of payment and delivery.
If the products selected by the customer are not available at the time the order is placed, Running Warehouse will inform the customer upon receipt of the order. If there is a possible delivery delay of more than two weeks, the customer will be informed about the delay and has the right to cancel his order.
